| In normal circumstances, we deploy one or more of our professionals at our clients' work place, with offsite support from our Office, on a continuing basis. These onsite professionals are in constant touch with their respective Delivery Managers, who visit the clients' work place on a frequent basis, to understand the progress of the current assignment and plan for future assignments. This model is recommended for accounting outsourcing, and for small & medium companies in the IT and other sectors. |
